My approach is holistic and personal. This means we look at your current lifestyle, stress levels, and needs but also conduct a full assessment of your physical, mental and emotional state.

About Me
My name is Lukas Greg
I started my fitness journey 15 years ago. My passion for health and fitness led me to become a Personal Fitness Trainer in the UK. However, I became fully vegan 10 years ago and since then, follow a plant-based and vegan lifestyle. Passionate about supporting other vegans on their health and fitness journey I took further nutritional training in plant-based nutrition offered by institutions such as Cornell University and ProVeg. I am based in Prague, Czechia and hold also a Czech Personal Trainer License.
